Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Romania: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Packaging All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Paintings are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in reinforced boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best solution.
